Kirsten Hildebrand
Owner, Lead Attorney
Attorney Kirsten L. Hildebrand founded Hildebrand Law Firm, LLC in 2001 with the goal of providing compassionate service to her clients in a resourceful, efficient, and fair manner. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Family Law section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and has held her real estate broker's license since 2006. In 2011, Kirsten received the Women in Law Award.
The passion Kirsten exhibits for her clients is also evident in her community involvement. She is actively involved in teaching both children and adults through various Christian organizations. She also serves on two board of directors for the City of Mequon.
With her husband Lee, Kirsten is a proud parent to three children.

Attorney
Attorney Derek Daron joined Hildebrand Law Firm in 2014. He is a general practitioner with focuses on probate, probate litigation, trust litigation, guardianships, and estate planning. He also assists clients with tax issues, guardianship and trustee accounting, and financial planning.
Derek is focused on providing effective and compassionate representation to people in Milwaukee and the surrounding counties. He prides himself on finding creative and efficient solutions to complex legal issues.

Jodie Weigel
Client Services Coordinator and Paralegal
Jodie Weigel serves as the Client Services Coordinator and Paralegal at the firm. She has 5 years of experience working in a law firm as the main point of contact for clients. She enjoys working with clients in Medicaid and Estate Planning. Jodie was the primary caregiver for her elderly grandma with dementia, so her experience helps her relate to clients' concerns and questions in those matters. She enjoys spending time with her four daughters, line dancing and exercising.
Maria Stout

Marketing Coordinator
Maria Stout is the Client Services Coordinator at the firm. With ten years working in customer service-related fields, she has a passion for ensuring clients are heard and taken care of even before they step through the door. Previously, Maria worked in the financial services, public relations and fundraising industries. She enjoys wood working with her dad, cooking and spending time with her animals.
Kathy Smith
Accountant and
Office Administrator
Kathy Smith serves as the Client Services Administrator and Accountant for the firm. As the firm’s bookkeeper, Kathy brings 27+ years of accounting experience to the table. Her contribution to our team and clientele is not limited to bookkeeping as she is trained and experienced in estate planning, probate, trust accounting, tax preparation, business law and office administration. When not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with her 3 children and their families.
